How to motivate yourself to chnage your behavior?

Here I do like to give you guys, the ways to change bad behavior into good behavior. These ways revealed by Dr. Tali Sharot, a neuroscientist at the University of College London. She has performed her in theories in TEDx Talks several years ago.  1. Social incentive Used by the U.K government to influent people to pay tax on time. Example: "9 of 10 people pay tax on time". 2. Immediate reward It's can be clear by sign, raise, or something else. Example: good job, buddy! or even you can give smiley face. Immediate reward makes people more appreciated by someone else. 3. Progress monitoring Dr. Tali Sharot gives advice to us, "highlight the progress, not the decline". It means when you want your kids so stop smoking, you might say "if you stop smoking, you'll better at sport" instead of "stop smoking, smoking kills". 

Some tips amid #coronavirus crisis

What to do in the crisis? (I wrote this in 2020, the year who everyone committed with coronavirus-19 crisis). It was painful and tough. I can't hold my graduation ceremony yet, :((.
